I greatly enjoyed how the hotel looked, nice and convenient place. the venue was near the train station in Altona as well as the city center, Opera, Theater, Cinema, and above all good restaurants. There were a mini-bar, central heating, and an individual safe in my queen room. the staff was accommodating and helpful during all this time.

i booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, a safe, and multi-channel tv. the location in a lovely area was marvellous and there were a christmas market and a market nearby. i visited elbfisch, based just close to the hotel, had dinner there.

The rooms were quiet 🤫, and the breakfasts were decent. the staff throughout the hotel were really friendly. the service provided by the staff was good, and there was free Wi-Fi available in all the rooms.

The classic furniture and warm colors created a welcoming atmosphere for senior guests like myself. The accessibility of the hotel was excellent, with easy navigation throughout the premises and helpful staff guiding me whenever needed.

I would have appreciated better accessibility options for senior travelers, such as handrails in the hallways and support bars in the bathrooms. These small improvements would have made my vacation even more comfortable and enjoyable.

I absolutely loved the elegant and charming decoration of the hotel. The vintage furniture and beautiful artwork throughout the hotel created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made me feel like I was stepping back in time to a more sophisticated era. The hotel's general areas were also very well maintained and clean, which was important to me as a senior woman. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was fantastic. With its central location near Altona station, I found it extremely convenient to get around and explore the city.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior person is if the children working there could have provided a dryer for the guests. It would have been nice to have access to a dryer for our clothes, especially when traveling for an extended period of time.

loved my stay at the hotel! the location was perfect, right next to the train station and close to the university where I had business. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing, exceeded my expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms, overall a great experience!

wifi kept disconnecting

I chose this hotel for a consultation and was pleased to find a free internet terminal in the lobby. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
